Built to pay for itself—not give you another login.
We handle the setup. You keep running the business.
Choose your bottleneck
Watch the work move forward.
Pick the task that keeps following you home. The example below shows where Workriven acts, where you approve, and what the customer sees next.
Work orderWO–0148
Customer contact
A new lead calls at 6:42 PM while the crew is still on site.
Workriven action
Workriven sends an approved text, asks what they need, and records the reply.
The owner is notified when the lead requests an estimate visit.
Guarded - Approved Cases Only
Result
A real inquiry reaches the next step without interrupting the current job.
Examples illustrate possible workflow behavior. Final actions, timing, approval rules, and integrations are defined during each customer’s audit and setup.
The cost of delay
What would this need to save to pay for itself?
Enter your own numbers. This is a rough, transparent estimate—not a promise.
Visible value
Know what it handled, what it saved, and where it needs you.
The numbers below are an illustrative monthly snapshot—not Workriven customer results. Your reporting would use measured activity and assumptions you can review.
Workriven is built around the moments where real work and office work collide—then managed for you after launch.
01
Respond while you’re working
Prepare useful email and contact-form replies in your existing inbox, using your approved voice and rules.
Email & lead response02
Recover the call you couldn’t take
Send an approved text after a missed call, gather job details, and move legitimate inquiries toward a next step.
Missed-call recovery03
Turn field notes into paperwork
Convert written notes or a voice note into an estimate or invoice draft ready for your review.
Estimates & invoices04
Make follow-up consistent
Send a personalized review request after a completed job according to the timing and boundaries you approve.
Review generation
Your standards, built in
Built to sound like you—and follow your rules.
Generic automation sounds generic. Workriven is configured around your tone, services, approval process, and exceptions, so every response starts closer to how you would handle it yourself.
“Your voice. Your rules. Your approval.”
01
Draft
It prepares. You approve.
Customer messages and financial documents can wait for a person before anything happens.
02
Guarded
It acts inside your boundaries.
Approved situations move forward; unusual cases are handed back to you.
03
Autonomous
It completes approved workflows.
Lower-risk work can run end to end with activity recorded and exceptions surfaced.
Done for you, start to finish
We do not give you homework.
We learn the process, build it, connect it, test it, and keep it working.
01
Find the bottleneck
Map the calls, messages, paperwork, volume, and time behind the problem.
02
Build around your business
Configure your voice, rules, systems, approval points, and exceptions.
03
Test before launch
Run normal scenarios and edge cases before the workflow touches real customers.
04
Monitor and improve
Track activity, investigate failures within scope, and maintain the approved connections.
Clear pricing
Pay for a working system—not a box of tools.
The setup fee covers discovery, configuration, connections, and testing. Monthly service covers hosting, included usage, monitoring, maintenance, reporting, and support within scope. No long-term lock-in.
Pricing is the current launch hypothesis and may change as the first customer workflows are validated. Usage definitions and overage pricing will be confirmed before purchase.
Software versus a managed system
A working system has someone responsible for the work.
A typical software plan
You configure it.
You connect the other tools.
You test whether it works.
You notice when it breaks.
Workriven
We learn your process.
We build the approved connections.
We test the real workflow.
We monitor and investigate issues within scope.
Fewer moving parts
Direct integrations without unnecessary automation middlemen.
Workriven is designed to connect with the tools a business already uses instead of forcing another front-office platform into the middle.
Clearer paths for customer information
Less dependence on another subscription
One accountable implementation partner
Approval controls where the risk calls for them

Questions, answered plainly
Before you hand anything over.
What if the AI gets something wrong?+
Every workflow can begin in draft mode, where nothing goes out without approval. We define rules and exceptions, test before launch, and surface unusual cases instead of promising perfect output.
How much control do I have?+
You choose the operating level for each workflow: draft, guarded, or autonomous. A higher-risk message or financial document can stay in draft while a lower-risk follow-up uses approved rules.
Will I have to replace the tools I use now?+
The goal is to work with your existing email, accounting, scheduling, communications, and CRM tools whenever the approved integration supports it.
What is included every month?+
Your monthly service includes hosting and an included usage allowance, monitoring, failure investigation and recovery within scope, integration maintenance, reporting, support, and limited configuration adjustments.
How long does setup take?+
It depends on the workflow and the systems involved. The free audit produces a specific scope and implementation estimate before you commit.

We’ll look at the bottleneck, rough volume and time, your current tools, and the control level you want—then estimate what the workflow would need to save or recover to pay for itself.
